Festival of Leadership 2019
About the Event
The festival will be an immersive space for our members to connect, celebrate and be inspired. The event has been designed with collaboration and innovation at the forefront, led by the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan. We're excited to announce the Festival's galvanising keynote, Jaz Ampaw-Farr, will be headlining the event. Practical developmental workshops will create an opportunity for leaders to build and apply new skills, share best practice, co-create new ideas and explore innovative responses to the leadership challenges that you have identified at a local and system level. You will also have access to our Innovation Hub, set to showcase and celebrate work across the North West. The Hub is designed to support your leadership journey, so you can find out how your organisation can make the most of it's membership with the NHS North West Leadership Academy. The home of this year's festival will be set against the backdrop of the green acres of Aintree. We have more exciting expert speakers to be announced soon leading workshops on system leadership and collaboration, talent, organisational development, health and wellbeing and citizen leadership.
